The Tour of Future Days: OMD tour the US and Canada in 1985-86 as support to UK band The Thompson Twins who were enjoying success in the US with their album Here's to Future Days, released in September 1985.
OMD had already toured the US and Canada for over two months in the summer of 1985, both as headliners and with The Power Station, finishing in mid-September. A planned tour of the UK & Germany for October/November had already been postponed (Autumn 1985 newsletter).
