Andrew McCluskey (b.24 June 1959), usually known as Andy McCluskey (also credited as G A McCluskey or just McCluskey), is, together with Paul Humphreys, one of the two founding members of Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark. McCluskey is the group's main lead vocalist, bass player and songwriter. He i8s also the group's longest serving member having kept the band name after the duo split in the late 1980s. They reformed in 2005 and have continued to write, record and play live to the present day.

Although many OMD songs have been written by McCluskey and Humphreys, or with other collaborators during the time the duo had split, he also single-handedly wrote many of the group's hits, including Enola Gay, Joan of Arc, Maid of Orleans and other album tracks.

In 1998, on a hiatus from OMD, he formed the all-female pop group Atomic Kitten with Stuart Kershaw, as a vehicle for their songwriting. He has also collaborated with Karl Bartos (formerly of Kraftwerk), Gary Barlow and The Lightning Seeds.
